Claire has her share of challenges. Like being a genius in a school that favours beauty over brains; homicidal girls in her dorm, and finding out that her college town is overrun with the living dead. On the up side, she has a new boyfriend with a vampire-hunting dad. But when a local fraternity throws the Dead Girls' Dance, hell is really going to break loose.

Wow!!!This book was plainly amazing! It was as good as the first one and even better at some points!
Again,Rachel Caine delivers a story full of action and twists so well written that is almost impossible to put the book down! The book starts right after the events of the first book and new characters are immediatelly introduced to the reader.

The second book in Morganville Vampires series preserves the same claustrophobic atmosphere as the first one and it's even darker and sexier. We get to know more things about the background of all the main characters which adds up to the story and make them even more likeable.Claire and Shane's relationship slowly gets to another level as well as the one between Michael and Eve.

I can't really say much in this review without repeating myself. All of the elements i liked in the first book are present in this sequel as well and the writing style is equally good! The plot makes you anxious to see what happens next from the first page of this book till the very last. It's like a non stop drive to the end!

Well, this must be the shortest review i have ever written but really,i can't say anything that i haven't already told in my review of Glass Houses! What i can say for sure,is that this sequel is really good and Morganville Vampires slowly becomes one of my favorite series!
